NOT SURE WHAT I OFFER THAT WILL BEST SUPPORT YOUR JOURNEY?

WHY A LABYRINTH?

Labyrinths have always been a source of fascination for me. Most of the labyrinths I have walked have been made of rocks, and the process feels very grounding to me. According to Ayurveda, my body-mind is composed of predominantly air and space; it’s no wonder that walking a labyrinth brings me back into my body, connecting my body and mind.

The labyrinth is an ancient symbol, usually in the form of a circle with one path leading along a meandering and somewhat back and forth route into its center. The winding path to the center and back again serves as a metaphor for our journey through life towards wholeness.

Each one of us is on our own labyrinth of a life path; we have the opportunity to go deeper and deeper within as we make our way to the center. Here we awaken to a rhythm that unites us to our core essence that continuously beckons from within – to our Self as whole and complete and perfect just as we are. Then we shine our essence out into the world as we make the return journey. In surrendering to the winding path unique to each of us, we find healing and wholeness.

The labyrinth conveys the nature of the work I bring to you as a client or student. The ancient wisdom teachings of Meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda, and Energy Healing are all about that inward journey to heal and awaken to our true Self. Each time we meditate, practice yoga, or tune in to the inner wisdom of our body-mind, we awaken a little more of our own beautiful InnerLight. As we embody more and more of our inner knowing, we heal from the inside out, naturally expressing our magnificence out into the world around us.

WHO AM I?

Hi! I’m Dian ~

and I’m here to help guide you inward ~

to invite your InnerLight to awaken!

You feel ready for a change.

You are willing to take the steps to take charge of your health and life.

Obviously, there’s lots of things you could be doing for yourself, but it seems you never make any forward progress.

You feel overwhelmed with so many conflicting choices, programs, and lifestyle options – unsure about what is the right one for you.

Nothing’s easy – and stuff just gets pushed back and not taken care of.

And, you have such high expectations for yourself.

"Don’t you know yet? It is your light that lights the world.
Journey within yourself; enter a mine of rubies and bathe in the splendor of your own Light."

~ Rumi

"The information I learned in my first Ayurvedic class has become a part of my life. Dian shares the principles of this ancient wisdom in a grounded-in-the-everyday-way that seems simple; guides you in how to apply it to your life in a way that feels easy and fun; and through her gentle teaching style, humbly or somehow imparts the knowledge into the fabric of how you see the world, yourself, and your loved ones.  Dian brings the ancient teachings of Ayurveda to the heartland...and to the heart."
