iRest YOGA NIDRA

A Meditative Self-Inquiry and Deep Relaxation

Spend most Monday evenings in meditative self-inquiry and deep relaxation throughout the body and the mind. Yoga Nidra helps to awaken us from our "sleep" of conditioned patterns, habits, and self-limiting beliefs in order to live as our true nature (to awaken our Innerlight). 


During iRest yoga nidra, a practice based on 40+ years of research in order to refine the protocol for the most impact to healing from the inside out, you are guided to traverse the layers covering the truth of who you really are. These layers are explored through BodySensing of your physical body, BreathSensing of your Pranic body, your mental and emotional body, the Egoic I-thought, the Anandamaya Kosha of joy, in order to meet Awareness that is our true essence.

During this practice you may drift in and out of the guiding words, fall asleep, hang on to every word, or drop into a Theta brain wave state where you find the most impactful level of healing.

It’s also a direct line to your most heartfelt soul calling and an opportunity to plant seeds of intention for your dreams and desires.
