Ongoing Online Wednesday Kundalini Yoga

This is a one-hour online and ongoing weekly class of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation — for most weeks of 2024.

Beginning in the late 1960s and early 1970s, Kundalini Yoga was introduced to the Western world to help us cope with our struggles during this long-ago predicted period of the unknown, the chaos, the disinformation, and polarization – during the transition from the Piscean Age to the Aquarian Age. I'm pretty sure that if you're reading this, you are already aware of this energetic shift.

Each Kundalini class is designed with a particular intention to support healing within. Each session has a profound effect on the nervous and glandular systems of the physical body while energetically balancing the energy centers (the chakras in Vedic teachings.)

However, because of the organization of the poses in the kriyas and the power of intent, all aspects (movement, breath, mantra, and meditation) help clear us energetically from patterns that no longer serve us and/or may be causing imbalances in the body and the mind.

In a Kundalini Yoga class you are clearing karmic residue so that, with regular practice, you can better live as your authentic true self. In the process, you strengthen and lengthen muscles, burn calories, enhance your breathing capacity, and find a grounded presence that you can take back into your life.
